Ten Years of Trump Misunderstanding the Gospel

And so he swept away sin’s tide; / Demons, death denied; / Came back to win his bride.
It’s bizarre to claim that death is not the end and yet, isn’t it bizarre to claim it is?
This is not to say that speculations about theological parallels in nature are themselves wrong. They might work as illustrative metaphors, even if they aren’t strictly what God had in mind when he created them.
